How does mail forwarding work?
NYC Mailbox receives your mail and packages, and forwards them to the pre-specified address that you provide. For forwarding rates, please click here.
How often will you forward my mail?
You can request for your mail to be forwarded weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly. Feel free to change your delivery dates at any time.
Can you forward my mail via a tracked courier service?
Yes. NYC Mailbox offers you the opportunity to have your mail forwarded domestically and globally via UPS. If you have your own UPS, Fedex, or DHL account number, we can assist you in forwarding on your account.
Can I pick up my mail at your location?
Yes. Our convenient locations, surrounded by all major public transportation stops, are open Monday though Saturday. We welcome you to come and pick up your mail whenever is best for you.
Do you accept parcels?
Yes. We accept parcels and hold them free of charge for a period of one week. We can also forward the parcel to you anywhere in the world.
What other services do you offer besides mail forwarding/receiving?
NYC Mailbox offers a wide array of Administrative functions in all of our locations. We have an expert staff ready to assist you with digital printing, copying, and image reproduction. We also offer the convenience of having Notary Public services on site.
